THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE FULL LOOKED AT PRIOR TO THIS SITE BEING FUKLLY RELEASED: 1) THE APPROVED TENTATIVE PLAT SHOWS THAT THE TWO BASINS ARE TO HAVE ACCESS GATES INSTALLED AT THE ENTRANCES ON THE ENDS ADJACENT TO 22ND STREET. ON THE WESTERN BASINS POST HAVE BEEN POURED AT THE ENTRANCE AND CABLE HAS BEEN STRUNG BETWEET THE POST. AT THIS LOCATION THE WESTERN MOST POST IS LOOSE IN THE SET AND CAN BE REMOVED OR PULLED OVER WITH LITTLE EFFORT. THIS POST AND MAYBE OTHERS WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOUNDATIONS POURED AGAIN SO THAT THEY ARE SECURE AND STABLE. 2) ON THE SOUTH END OF THE EASTERN BASIN THE POST HAVE BEEN THE FOUDATIONS POURED, BUT THERE ARE NO CABLES PROVIDED TO PREVENT ACCESS INTO THE BASIN, ALSO THE EASTERN WALL OF THE BASIN HAS NOT BEE INSTALLED AT THIS TIME. 3) THE FULL SITE WILL NEED TO HAVE A FULL INSPECTION TO ENSURE THAT THERE HAVE BEEN NO CHANGES MADE THAT ARE NOT REFLECTED ON THE APPROVED PLANS. 4) THE LANDSCAPE ON THIS SITE WILL NEED TO BE LOOKED AT SINCE SOME OF THE NPPO PLANTS HAVE EITHER BEEN DESTROYED, DIED, OR HAVE BEEN STOLEN DURING THE DELAY IN THE START OF THE PROJECT. A REVISED APPROVED DRAWINGS NEED TO BE PROVIDED FOR ALL THE CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE TO THIS SITE. ALSO SOME OF THE PLANTS AND THE TREES APPEAR TO HAVE DIED SINCE THEY WERE ORIGINALLY INSTALLED, VERIFICATION OF THE A WORKING IRRIGATION WILL BE NEED PRIOR TO THE FULL APPROVAL OF THIS SITE.
