03/14/2019 ENGR Engineering Final BBENEDON Denied Entered by CBELL1 - This was an unscheduled inspection to see if the basin has drained since the last rain. The basin has a small amount of standing water in the bottom of it and it has been roughly 30 hours since the last measurable precipitation. The handrail leading down into the basin area is missing the toe kick shown on the plan detail I left a message for Super intended Tom regarding the issues with the basin and the handrail leading into the basin
03/13/2019 ENGR Engineering Final BBENEDON Not ready for Inspection Entered by CBELL1 - All four accessible parking spaces and loading zones in phase 2 have slope that exceeds the 2%. Van accessible signs are missing. Tree grates are missing where the sidewalks are only 3 feet wide. All landscape areas are required to be depressed 6 inches. The common area landscaping has not been completed. The landscaped areas at the property entrance off of Park are not complete. Note the basin has standing water in it however it did rain early this morning. We will need to check this after 24 hours to see if all water has been absorbed, If not the engineer will need to provide a correction.
03/12/2019 ENGR Engineering Final BBENEDON Not ready for Inspection Entered by CBELL1 - Provide letter from the engineer certifying all grades and elevations. Complete the remaining work, remove any construction stock piles and dumpsters. Provide any required final revisions for this project
09/15/2016 ENGR Engineering Final DROBERTS Partial Approval Entered by DROBERT5 - SITE IS NOT COMPLETE AT THIS TIME AND IS NOT READY FOR THE FINAL GRADING INSPECTION. ROOF DRAINS STILL DEPOSIT MINOR AMOUNTS OF RAIN ONTO THE PEDESTRIAN REFUGE AREA AND CROSSWALKS NOT PER THE CODE. KEVIN WILL SEE IF THE REVIEWERS AND THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WILL ACCEPT THE MINOR WATER FLOW AS AN ACEPTABLE .
