ALL OF THE AREAS WERE RECHECKED AND VERIFIED BY THE CONTRACTOR THE THEY WERE OVER THE MAXIMUM TOLERANCE ALLOWED. THEY WILL WORK ON RESCHEDULING WORK FOR THESE AREAS AND WILL LET ME KNOW WHEN THE WORK IS TO BE PERFORMED. I RE-EVALUATED THE SIGNS FOR THESE LOCATIONS AND WILL VERIFY WITH CLAYTON THAT THEY ALL SHOULD BE OKAY AT THE 5 FOOT HEIGHT SINCE THEY APPEAR TO BE OUTSIDE OF PEDESTRIAN ACCESS AREAS. THE OTHER ISSUE NOTED ONSITE IS THE BARRIER RAIL ALONG THE WASH WERE THE PATH/WALK AREA IS MADE OUT OF PAVEMENT OR CONCRETE. ARE ANY OF THESE AREAS REQUIRED TO HAVE HANDICAP HANDRAIL OF JUST THE SAFETY BARRIER. ANOTHER ISSUE THAT WILL NEED TO BE CHECKED ON THE APPROVED PLANS IS AN AREA WHERE A EQUESTRIAN PATH CROSSES OVER THE SIDEWALK AND ROADWAY ONTO A D.G. PATHWAY THAT LEADS TO A PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY ALONG THE RIVERS EDGE. |
