01/08/2020 ENGR Grading Final BBENEDON Partial Approval Entered by DMERANZ1 - I met on site with Mark from DR Horton. The side appears to be roughly 25% complete. The sidewalks in front of the already constructed homes are good, however there’s a couple sections of sidewalk in the cul-de-sac near the entrance to the basin that require correction. Stabilization and access areas still required. Remove any construction debris prior. Correct erosion on basin walls. Complete all work and remove stormwater controls, and provide notice of termination of SWPPP permit for final approval.

The builder has completed one residential building at this time. Contractor has installed two concrete headers and is in the process of backfilling them at this time.

Schedule inspections for all storm drain installations. Provide track out controls at both entrances and clean any track out onto the pavement. Contractor is installing grouted riprap on West Side, backfilling HCS connections on baby Bruno, installing HCS laterals along Dale's Crossing. Hand placed riprap along the west and south sides has already been completed. Concrete Bank protection has already been installed along the east side of site.
