TO CLOS THIS SITE I HAVE ADVISED MARKTHAT HE WILL ALSO NEED THE NOTICE OF TERMINATION FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY, CERTIFICATION LETTER FROM THE ENGINEER OF RECORD, AND APPROVED REVISED DRAWINGS FOR ALL CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE TO THIS SITE. |
