WADDLE REMOVAL: VARIOUS LOCATIONS AROUND THE EXTERIOR BOUNDARIES, ALSO CONSTRUCTION TRASH AND DEBRIS HAS ALSO BEEN NOTED. THIS SITE WILL BE WALKED FULLY PRIOR TO THE FULL APPROVAL TO ENSURE THAT THE WADDLE NETTING HAS BEEN REMOVED AND ALLCONSTRUCTION TRASH AND DEBRIS. DAMAGED SIDEWALKS: VARIOUS LOCATIONS AND AS NOTED ADJACENT TO THE FOLLOWING LOTS, REMOVE AND REPAIR ALL AREAS THAT SHOW MOVEMENT OF A SINGLE CREACK, AND ALL AREAS WITH MULTIPLE CRACKS. ALL AREAS NOT REPAIRED WILL NEED TO HAVE A SITE INSPECTION WITH DAVID ROBERTS 95200 349-7643 TO VERIFY THAT THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED. THIS SITE INSPECTION CAN BE DONE PRIOR TO THE REPAIRS BEING MADE, IT WILL JUST NEED TO BE SCHEDULED. LOTS 3, 5, 7, 15, 16, 18, 22, 26, 28, 30(MISSING SIDEWALK), 38, 39, 47, 51, 52, 53, 55, 60, 62, 70, 71, 72, 75, 82, 89, 90, 93, 94, 95, 100, 101, 104, 105, 106, 107, 109, 111, 116, 121, 122, 125, 126, 129, 132, 141, 142, 146, 147, 148, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 156, 157, AND 160. ALSO CHECK ALL COMMON AREA "A's" & "C's" TO ENSURE THERE ARE NO DAMAGE TO SIDEWALKS IN THOSE AREAS ALSO. COMPLETE THE WALL THAT HAS BEEN STARTED IN BETWEEN LOTS 126 AND 123. ENSURE THAT THE D.G HAS BEEN COMPLETED IN THE AREA SOUTH OF LOT 86, WEST OF LOT 126, NORTH OF LOT 121, IN BETWEEN LOTS 157, 148, 149, REMOVE ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS WEST OF LOT 147, NORTH OF LOT 145, AND EAST OF LOT 146. HAVE THE POOL DRAIN REMOVED FROM THE SOUTHSIDE OF LOT 126, ALL WATER DRAINED FROM THE POOL MUST REMAIN ONSITE. COMMON AREA "E" AND ADJACENT SIDEWALKS HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY THE CONTRACTOR INSTALLING A POOL FOR LOT 82, THIS WILL BE REINSPECTED AFTER THE NECESSARY REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE. |
| 02/18/2020 | ENGR Engineering Final | DROBERTS | Continued | Entered by DROBERT5 - I WALKED THIS SITE AND HAVE NOTED THE FOLLOWING DEFICIENCIES DURING THIS SITE VISIT, THIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A FULL PUNCH LIST DUE TO THE FACT THAT THERE IS STILL A LOT OF WORK TO BE COMPLETED: 1) SOME OF THE COMMON AREAS ARE SHOWING SIGNS OF MISSING PLANTS/TREES AT THIS TIME. A REVIEW AND INSPECTION FOR EACH COMMON AREA WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR A LATER DATE TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE LIST FOR OF ALL ISSUES FOR EACH COMMON AREA. THE FIRST INSPECTION FOR THIS SITE WILL BE DONE ON 3/2/2020, STARTING FROM MARY ANNE CLEVELAND INTO THE SITE, ADDITIONAL INSPECTIONS WILL BE SCHEDULED AS NEEDED. THE CONTRACTOR NEEDS TO GO THROUGH THIS SITE AND VERIFY WHAT PLANTS ARE DIEING OR HAVE BEEN TAKEN SO THAT THEY CAN REPLACE THEM PRIOR TO OUR FINAL INSPECTION. 2) THE FENCE ALONG THE WEST SIDE HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING CONSTRUCTION AND NEEDS TO EITHER BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED AS NEEDED. 3) THE DRAINAGE OUTLET WALLS ON THE WEST SIDE HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLETED TO A FINAL STATE. CURRENTLY IN VARIOUS AREAS REBAR IS STICKING OUT OF THE TOPS OF THE WALLS AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. SOME OF THE WALLS THROUGH OUT THIS SITE HAVE BEEN FINISHED BY USING CAP BLOCKS ON THE TOPS OF THE WALLS TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH SURFACE FOR THE PEDESTRIAN THAT MIGHT ACCESS THE AREAS. 4) IT HAS BEEN NOTED ALONG THE WEST AND NORTH SIDES OF THE SITE SOME OF THE AREAS APPEAR TO BE GRADED FOR THE FINAL APPROVAL BUT SOME OF THE AREAS HAVE NOT AND STILL APPEAR TO BE IN A ROUGHENED STATE. Also THROUGHOUT SOME OF THE AREAS THE STORMWATER CONTROLS HAVE BEEN LEFT IN PLACE AND WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED IF THE AREA IS GOING TO BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE. THIS WILL INCLUDE REMOVING ANY TYPE OF MATERIALS THAT ARE NOT TO BE LEFT ON SITE WHEN ALL OF THE SITE WORK IS COMPLETE. THE WADDLE THAT HAS BEEN USED IN VARIOUS AREAS AS THE CONTROLS WILL NEED TO HAVE ALL OF THE FABRIC CUT AND REMOVED, THE STRAW MATERIAL CAN BE LEFT IN PLACE. ALL CONSTRUCTION STAKES THAT HAVE BEEN PLACED AROUND THE SITE WILL ALSO NEED TO BE REMOVED PRIOR TO THE FINALIZATION. 5) ALONG THE WEST SIDE (AND EXPECTED THROUGHOUT THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES) OF THE SITE IT HAS BEEN NOTED AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS THAT THERE IS CONSTRUCTION TRASH AND DEBRIS SCATTERED WITHIN THE ADJACENT PROPERTY THAT WILL NEED TO BE MONITORED AND REMOVED AS LONG AS THERE IS CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THE AREA. THIS MONITORING IS SOMETHING THAT IS EXPECTED TO BE PERFORMED THROUGHOUT THE SITE ALONG THE OUTER PERIMETERS OF ALL AREAS OF FUTURE CONSTRUCTION OR CURRENT UNDER CONSTRUCTION. THIS MONITORING NEEDS TO BE CHECKED WEEKLY TO ENSURE THAT ALL CONSTRUCTION TRASH HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM ALL PROPERTIES ADJACENT TO THIS SITE. 6) CHECK ALL OF THE LOTS WITH REAR LOT DRAINAGE TO ENSURE THAT THE OPENINGS, SLOPE PROTECTION, AND THE SLOPE PROTECTION CHANNELS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS DETAIL 2/13 WEEP HOLE DETAILS. VERIFY ALL REAR LOT DRAINAGE HAS BEEN DONE PER THE APPROVED PLANS. THE FOLLOWING LOTS HAVE BEEN NOTED DURING THIS INSPECTION THAT IT APPEARS THEY ARE MISSING SOME?ALL REAR LOT DRAINAGE OPENINGS: LOTS 1 - 7, 71 & 72, 83 - 85, 96 - 104, 117 - 129, 139 - 143, 146 & 147 - 149, 157. VERIFY THAT ALL REAR LOT OPENINGS ARE CONSTRUCTED AS REQUIRED AND THE DRAINAGE CHANNELS ARE AS SHOWN ON THE DETAIL SHEETS, ROCK RIP RAP PLACED ONTO MARAFI FILTER FABRIC TO THE CORRECT THICKNESS OF 12 INCHES. 7) THE COMMON AREA SEAT WALL HAS NOT BEEN FINISHED AND NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION FOR THIS AREA. THE SNAP-TIE HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED IN SOME AREAS AND THE HOLES HAVE NOT BEEN FILLED IN WITH MORTAR TO PREVENT MOISTURE FROM ENTERING THE DEPRESSIONS. THIS LIST OF DEFICIENCIES SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED TO BE A FULL AND FINAL LIST OF DEFICIENCIES DUE TO THE QUANTITY OF WORK THAT STILL HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED THROUGHOUT THIS SITE.
