SHE WILL CONTACT THE BRADFORDS AND TRY TO FIND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING, AND WHEN THE SITE WILL BE COMPLETE AND READY FOR THE FINAL INSPECTION. 03/11/2015 ENGR Engineering Final DROBERTS Correction Required Entered by DROBERT5 - DAVID COX AND I MET WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER OF BORST PROPERTIES TO DISCUSS THE DRAINAGE ISSUE THAT HAS BEEN RAISED BY MR. NETHERTON AT 1265 S SWAN RD. THE EOR WILL COME UP WITH SOLUTIONS FOR ALL OUTSTANDING ISSUES ON THIS SITE CURRENTLY THESE ARE THE FOLLOWING ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE RESOLVED: 1) NATURAL DRAINAGE PATTERNS HAVE BEEN BLOCKED ON THE SOUTH PROPERTY BOUNDARY. 2) EXCESSIVE ON SITE PARKING IN THE RIGHT OF WAY AND WITHIN THE ACCESS EASEMENT ALONG THE NORTHSIDE OF THE SITE. 3) MISSING PARKING BLOCKS IN THE PARKING LOT WEST OF THE OFFICE AREA.. 4) MISSING BICYCLE PARKING SHORT TERM, AND MAYBE LONG TERM.
