THIS WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TOO MISSING CURBS, MISSING WALLS(4) AND GATES, MISSING LANDSCAPING MATERIALS(WEST AND SOUTH SIDES OF PROJECT), MISSING BICYCLE PARKING SPACES. 2) CERTIFICATION LETTER FROM THE E.O.R. STATING THAT THE SITE HAS BEEN COMPLETED PER THE APPROVED REVISED DRAWINGS. 3) ROOF DRAINS THAT DRAIN WATER ONTO THE BRICK PAVERS IN THE COMMON AREA BETWEEN THE TWO BUILDING. 4) THE CHANGE FROM ASPHALT TO CONCRETE FOR THE PARKING AREAS. 5) RESOLVE THE ISSUES WITH THE PARKING SPACES AND THE PAALS NOT BEING TO THE PROPER DIMENSIONS. IT APPEARS THAT THE CONCRETE PARKING LOT WAS NOT POURED TO THE PROPER DIMENSIONS OF 60' FROM EDGE TO EDGE. THE CURRENT WIDTH OF THE SITE IS 57 FEET 4 INCHES, THIS CAUSES THE PARKING SPACES TO BE APPROXIMATELY 13 TO 15 INCHES SHORT OF THE REQUIRED LENGTH OF 216 INCHES. I TRIED TO CONTACT JOEL KRAMER AT ENVISION(520-318-3400) BUT HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE. CALLED HIS CELLPHONE AND LEFT A MESSAGE, SO I ASKED HIM TO CALL ME BACK SO WE CAN DISCUSS ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH THE SITE. HE RETURNED MY CALL AT 12:30 AND WE HAVE DECIDED TO MEET ONSITE ON 9/7/2016 WITH THE OWNER AND ARMANDO QUIROZ.
