| 01/17/2020 | PDSD Engineering Division Pre-Construction SITE | DROBERTS | Continued | Entered by DROBERT5 - Vince I drove through the site and it appears that you have what looks like approximately 6 lots in the southern section that is unconstructed upon and 3 lots on the northern section not constructed upon. This appears to be enough to require the SWPPP to remain in place. Also you need to ensure that all of Inspection for the Development Package has been Approved. and make sure that all of the Assurance Inspection are completed for Tucson Water, Pima County Wastewater, City of Tucson Traffic and PIA are Approved. My Inspection will not be given till all of the other Inspections are Approved. Also make sure that the General Dirt and Landscaping Contractors have completed all of their work. Currently I am seeing no plants in one of the basins, minimal plants in other areas, missing tree stakes in different locations around the site. Also have the plans been revised to show that the property at the Northeast Corner of the site has been removed from the Common Area tabulations. If everything is completed then I will also need a copy of fully Revised Approved Drawings, a Certication Letter from the Engineer of Record, and the Notice of Termination Letter from ADEQ showing that this project is fully closed out. This will not be considered a full and final deficiency list due to the amount of work that still remains to be done at this time. Start working on Closing out all of the remaining Inspections on all of the Permits and Assurances and this should be able to be accomplished in the near future. |
