ON SITE WITH INSPECTOR MORALES, THERE IS AN ACCUMULATION OF HOUSEHOULD ITEMS SUCH AS COUCHES AND DRESSERS IN THE FRONT YARD AND STACKED IN THE CARPORT. A VEHICLE CAN NOT BE PARKED IN THE 1 CAR CARPORT DUE TO THE REFUSE AND DEBRIS. |
