Arrived on property at 1:32 PM. Contact with Tenant on site she states that on Christmas Day, she had water entering her unit from the ceiling in the master bedroom and in the closet. States the tenant above her told her that the water heater had an issue and flooded the unit. Drywall has damage in the master bedroom ceiling and in the closet. The smoke detector is missing from the bedroom hallway and also there is no smoke detector installed in the bedroom closest to the kitchen. Spoke to property manager on site 30 days compliance. -VM |
