1035 am - Contact on site with the tenant and reinspected unit. Smoke detectors have been replaced in the bedroom and hallway. Drywall has been repaired and re-textured, and repainted in the bedroom area and closet. Work has been completed in a workmanlike manner. All violations are abated, close case. -VM |
