Inspected site; found trash, debris, overgrown vegetation and weeds out of compliance. Found JMV and evidence of vagrants living in the home without permission of the owner. Made phone contact with owner. The owner gave permission to check for any homeless or vagrant persons on the property. The owner gave permission to secure the front door with screws. |
