Reviewed the issues the occupant had concerns about. 2nd floor decking outside rental unit support wood stairway is connected to is rotted. Down spout next to stairway area is detached from the roof drainage system, no baseboard located behind the stove exposing small holes in the wall at the base of the drywall, light cover missing from the can light fixture located next to rental unit #230. |

Contacted Property Manager regarding the repair to the decking at apartment complex. Mentioned I do not see any permits on file for the repair. Manager states they paid a contractor and he has not repair the decking yet and refuses to get a permit stating no permits are required to repair the decking. Since then they have been having problems getting a hold of him and getting him to come fix the issue or to get the permit. I will follow up next week. This company "Equilibrium" has history of not fixing the problem when notified. |
