THE CARPORT WAS ENCLOSED AND USED AS A LIVING SPACE. THERE IS A BATHROOM ADDED TO THE ENCLOSED CARPORT. THERE IS AN UNPERMITTED, ATTACHED (TO THE MAIN DWELLING), CEMENT BLOCK ADDITION, IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY, WITH HAZARDOUS ELECTRICAL POWERING MULTIPLE ITEMS SUCH AS LIGHTS, A WINDOW AC, TVS AND MORE. THERE IS AN ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE AND DEBRIS IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. THERE ARE NUMEROUS ELECTRICAL CORDS FEEDING THE ADDITION AND 2 SEPERATE STRUCTURES IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. THERE IS OPEN AND EXPOSED ELECTRICAL WIRING THROUGH OUT THE EXTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY AND INSIDE THE UNPERMITTED, ATTACHED, ADDITION. TEP CUT THE POWER AT THE POLE AND SW GAS WAS NOTIFIED BY 311 AT 9AM AND AGAIN AT 12PM TO PIN THE METER. THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY WAS ON SITE AND IT WAS EXPLAINED WHAT HAD TO BE DONE TO BRING THE PROPERTY TO CODE AND THAT NO ONE COULD LIVE AT THE PROPERTY. HE SAID THAT HE UNDERSTOOD AND SIGNED THE ADENDUM TO LOCK UP THE PROPERTY. THE DWELLING IS CONDEMENED. PERMITS ARE REQUIRED. IF THE OWNER DOES NOT BRING THE PROPERTY UP TO CODE COMPLIANCE THE PROPERTY COULD BE ADDED TO THE VANS PROGRAM FOR DEMOLISHMENT.
