On site at property with TPD, property management/responsible party, and COT board-up contractor. A car through impacted the structure on the north-east corner of the building. The impacted damaged the wall through two rooms on the interior. Power was shut off at the breaker for the building. The impacted damage was very excessive and recommended a structural engineer examine the building and its structure. There may be electrical damages where the wall was impacted. Permits required. Condemnation. Spoke to responsible party on site, signed documents. COT contractor boarded up the wall for securement from the car impact. |
