On site at property with TEP and tenant. TEP stated TFD was there and there was a fire to the breakers and even damaged the transformer. Spoke to tenant about condemnation since there is no power to the unit 351 building P. Went to write the paperwork and tenant had left altogether. Door is locked and secured. Posted Condemnation on door and NOV, documentation on door. Permits Required. |
