On site, met with the property owner. A vehicle struck an approximately 4-foot brick pillar and wrought iron fence. The property owner had already requested B&B to remove the damaged bricks. Spoke with a B&B supervisor; the bricks were removed within one hour. The fence is stable and not leaning, blocking the public right-of-way, or creating a hazardous condition. The owner is in the process of making repairs and is in compliance. No further action required. Case closed. |
