There is a missing windowpane to the residence, window sealant hasn’t fully cured since installed on other panes. Encasement windows are not completely shutting properly to provide weather protection. Both exterior doors lack proper weather strip. The tile in the living room is lifted and cracked. The drywall at the kitchen ceiling is cracked and loose. The exhaust fan’s cover inside the bathroom is not installed. The primary bedroom ceiling’s planks have water damage. The primary heating source is inoperable. The smoke alarms installed are inoperable. The main electrical service is not properly labeled for identification. |
