215 PM - Attempted to make contact at the front door. There was no answer. There are signs on the house that make it appear the house has been foreclosed. There is dead vegetation, and piles of dead vegetation on the property. Unable to enter the home to verify a rodent infestation. Called the listed number for the owner and the phone number is disconnected. Posted a 30 day notice on the property. -VM |
