There are no interior damages to the dwelling. TEP turned off power from the breakers, and did not remove the meter. Southwest Gas turned off the gas. Carport area has damaged by fire damages, was going to condemned the dwelling however after further review and TFD insisted damages were only to the carport/fireplace area and owner’s sister and family had no where to go, did not condemned the dwelling. There was one electrical light that is dead tested with Non-Contact Voltage Tester. Breaker panel is in violation, lose wiring, not labeled, needs to addressed by a licensed electrician. There is also some exposed wires at this property. Power to carport to remain off until repairs are made and proper permits obtained. Permits required. Owner not present, owner sister refused to sign documents. Will send notice of violation in mail. |
