I spoke to both Hope and Lisa. Both beleive they have a right to their course of action. I have explained to Lisa that she does not have the right to install omthing on her property that will inhibit her neighbor fromcompleting permitted work. I showed her where the property line pin was and she isagrees with it. I explained that regardlessof her concerns about her neighbors construction, my case revolved around ehr removingthe unpermitted installation, she has been sick and it hasnt been removed. She assured me it would be gone by next wednesday. |
