Arrived to property at 1:30 PM and found the rear yard is full of trash and debris. Did observe a generator in the rear yard however it is not running and there is nobody in the yard. I do not see any extension cords ran from the generator to the house to suggest it is feeding electric to the house. The blue car in the rear yard has the hood open, but unable to determine if it is operable and it does not have any characteristics of being an inoperable vehicle. There are two junk motor vehicles in the street in front of the home. While still on site owner arrived, spoke with him regarding the violations. Will be issuing a 30 day NOV. -VM |
