Observed a homeless man drag furniture and walk from Ajo Wy down to this property and enter the gates. I made contact and informed him he is not allowed to be on this property as it is condemned and he is subject to arrest. He left the property. The owner arrived and I informed him he is also not allowed to be on the property as it is condemned and must coordinate with Code Enforcement if he needs access. He states is going to PDSD office tomorrow to inquire about permits to reconnect power. -VM |
