This property does have a two layer row of cinder blocks that spans approximately 15 ft along the northwest corner of the property. This layer of blocks is not enough to require a permit or any engineering. I spoke with the owner who stated that he placed the blocks there to stop water from pooling inside of his yard when trucks ride by after a rainstorm. |
