On site with management. They stated the tenant was taken to the hospital. Inform management I would need permission from the tenant to enter the unit. Explain to management what happens if the unit is condemn by code enforcement. Management will give the tenant a 48 hour notice to enter the unit with code inspector or they will help the tenant clean out the unit. |
