Small cosmetic fire in the kitchen, some smoke damage and stove damaged, isolated power from a small section in the kitchen, advised to leave breaker off till a licensed electrician check electrical first, and if no repairs are needed no permits will be needed, also needs to email or text invoice from electrician that power can be turned back on before closing case. ( Will be closing emergency case pending permits obtained. ) |
