Reposted "Do Not Enter" #303 & #108. We spoke with the new manager on site to show her the damage to the structures. We explained the extent of the damage. She viewed both buildings. CE supervisor stated to let the manager know they have 24 hours to get a Licensed Contractor to shore up the column that is structurally damaged on building 3. If not done in this time frame we will need to vacate 4 more units. | |

They did shore up the column on the building. Looked for the permits required, and did not find a permit related to the railing and decking, on pro, at this time. Units 108, 106, 105, and 107 have remained vacant, stated by The Quails office lady. Requesting Permits Required for the damages and repairs from this property, property manager not there today.
