231 pm - Contact with owner Brenda Norman on site. Says she uses a private company for trash collection. Says the rules don't apply to her, she is a retired police officer, and she doesn't live in Tucson. Informed her this home is in jurisdiction of Tucson. She refused to start service after I offered it as an option over taking a citation. She said she wouldn't be cited and slammed the door. She refused to answer after repeated attempts of knocking and ringing the door bell. -VM |
