Rental property 110: Kitchen cabinets and drawers missing, water damage at the base of the wall, cockroaches, outlet covers missing through-out rental unit, no smoke detectors, toilet has caulking missing around the base (occupant states roaches are coming out through the base. Bathroom vent is missing, back door doesn't open, no heat, electrical service panel circuits are missing labels. Contacted property management regarding the complaint and the violations. 24 hours to install smoke detectors. |
