Received a call from Property Manager asking if the occupant could move back into the rental unit. The base of the water heater wood was deteriorated. Advised Property Manager that a permit is required to replace the water heater. I did not allow the occupant to move back into the apt. While on site noticed the stairway and decking was deteriorated. Created another case and shut down neighboring unit. See case CEVIO0122405077 Owner working with Insurance - close case |
