On site with TPD and Inspector R.G. Property is now cleared from TPD and vacant. Secured property and is properly bordered up. Contacted TEP on site to cut power to property/structure. TEP cut power to structure on site. This property is a re-occurring nuisance and needs abatement through demolition or complete repairs. Sent notice of violation for, most likely, demolition. |
