THERE WAS FIRE AND SMOKE DAMAGE TO THE ROOF AND FASCIA IN THE REAR OF THE DWELLING. MULTIPLE ELECTRICAL DEVICES WERE DESTROYED. THERE IS WATER INTRUSION TO THE DWELLING. SW GAS AND TEP HAD BEEN ON SITE PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL. DWELLING IS CONDEMNED. PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REPAIRS. |
