1245 pm - Did call tenant two times, phone number is disconnected. Made contact with property manager on site who located a work order dated 12/27/2023. Work order showed repairs were made to a leaking pipe and drywall was repaired following that. Also made contact with Tenant at the unit who stated repairs were made and had no issues. Will close case. -VM |
