122 PM - Contact w/ tenant on site. Drywall in area next to kitchen has been repaired and patched, still needs to be painted. Ductwork is rusted in this area. Complex has no building numbers, unit numbers are not visible, and address is not visible from the street as required by code. Will issue a NOV. -VM |
