STORM WATER SUGGESTED THAT ALL PROPERTY OWNERS GET TOGETHER TO DETERMINE HOW TO RESOVE THE ISSUE. TWO PROPERTIES TO THE NORTH OF THE WASH ALSO DRAIN INTO THE WASH.
I REVISITED THE SITE CONFIRMED WATER DOES DRAIN OUT THE N/W CORNER OF CUBE SMART PARTIALLY INTO THE WASH AT 575 N ROGER RD AND DOWN THE WASH NORTH OF CUBE SMART, HOWEVER THE WAS IS FILLED WITH VERY TALL GRASS, TREES AND SHRUBS AND TRASH AND DEBRIS. IT WAS SUGGEST TO THE MANAGER OF CUBE SMART THEY GET WITH SURROUNDING OWNERS TO HELP WITH THE COST OF CLEANING THE WASH SO THAT WATER PROPERLY DRAINS TO THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM ON ORACLE RD NEAR CUBE SMART. C/E HAS NO FURTHER ISSUES. NOV WAS NOT REQUIRED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
