There is one A-frame type sign in the right of way, and a feather banner sign on the other side of the sidewalk. Neither sign is obstructing or positioned in the sidewalk space. Found no rocks or boulders installed along the property frontage along Alvernon Wy or Lee St. Both sidewalks are free of any dirt, gravel, or debris and there are no hazards obstructing. The trees along Alvernon Wy and Lee St depicted in last approved Development Package DP22-0200 have been removed. Will send a Notice of Violation. -VM |
