Onsite inspection with Code Enforcement personnel and PDSD. The facility is operating under previously approved permits. Odor mitigation plan continues to be enacted and working. No observable odors outside the facility by all staff present. The property also received a state inspection recently. Owners had previously conducted voluntary environmental testing showing low odor. There were some outstanding permits to which the project was cancelled; permits need to be officially withdrawn. |
