1259 PM - Contact with the tenant on site. With system set to heat and temperature set to 75, system is producing warm air. Interior temperature rose from 69 to 71 during the time I was on site. Did measure temperature coming from vents in two bedrooms and kitchen, air was 95° in bedroom and 90° in kitchen. System appears to be operating as intended. Tenant did state she has hot water at this time. Unable to verify complaint, close case -VM |
