After receiving this case from John Guido when he retired, I returned to the property to find that the structure was partially dismantled. Completion of the deconstruction was required to be complete by 9/30, the tenant indicated (through a translator over the phone) that it would be done in time. They were very kind and seem to have every intention of completing the required work. |
