Car in building north east corner of house. Damaging the exterior and interior wall, drywall, insulation, framing, electrical, flooring. Electrical disconnected for this room. Electrical to this room was separate from the rest of the room. Owner agreed to have the city secure the structure. TPD had car pulled out.
