153 PM - Smoke detector is missing from bedroom. Tenant states she found a rat under the crib in bedroom and had it in a cup. Did observe rodent droppings in kitchen. Did not observe any roaches present. Area in bathroom next to door needs to be sealed w/ caulking, tenant states she has seen roaches enter here. Tenant states hot water has been fixed. -VM |
