On site at property. There are multiple inoperable vehicles. There are vehicles obstructing the right of way area for walk way. There is a dead tree in the rear of property. There is an accumulation of weeds abutting the alleyway. Fence is dilapidated in front of property, east of property. There is an accumulation of outdoor storage exceeding over twenty-five (25) percent of total property and there is trash and debris on property. Sent notice of violation. |
