408 PM - Made contact on site with a resident who identified himself as the manager of the home. He states it is an Oxford Sober Living home that currently has 14 residents. States the organization is not for profit and all residents occupy and split bills as roommates. Did locate the home listed on the Oxford House Organization website. Will proceed to a citation to owner and a notice to the home. Did not enter structure so was unable to determine if remodeling work has been done to the interior. -VM |
