The addition was not completed, so the previously mentioned expired is no longer relevant. However, structure has been remodeled including cutting out a new door (which was not reflected as a new door on the plans), existing door filled in, new electrical added here, a new sewer line has been installed and a full remodel of the home per MLS listing. Plans under permit need to be revised and resubmitted. Discovered property is now for sale. I posted a Green Tag on property to provide conspicuous notice that the structure has been remodeled without permits and will be moving forward to a citation. -VM |
