12/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The supervisor Laurie Pumphery text to check the site due to lacking gas to the property. Arrived and is a mobile home park with over 80 mobile homes. The gas was removed at the master meter due to had a gas leak on one of the lines in the mobile home park. That line has been repaired and approved by the ACC and SWG was given permission to turn the gas back on at the meter of a master meter system. The shut off valve for the mobile home park is in the off position due to the mobile homes are lacking the gas meters and the gas valves. Pioneer Plumbing is on site installing the gas valves to start the re-piping to the mobile homes. The re-piping may be set up for each mobile home to have it's own meter where the owners or tenants have to apply to have the gas turned back on with a re-connect permit and not on the master meter system. The shut off valve is not pinned and will be controlled by the plumbers on site when working on the meters to be turned back on. The area inspector will be checking with the management on what is going on with the meters and to verify on which way they are going to speed things up on getting the gas back on. The gas meters are on the ground at this time due to are private meters and not from SWG. RV.
