256 PM - Contact on site, found multiple cars in front yard and right of way, multiple people inside home. Spoke to employee who confirmed this is a group home and got his manager. I spoke to the manager, he also confirmed is a group home with three adults at this time. Called and spoke to business coordinator and the property owner, advised 30 days to obtain a C of O or shut down operations. Business is The Nile Health Network. -VM |
