FIRE AT COMMERCIAL BUIULDING - GROCERY STORE. Back storage area (small room) fire started (minimal). Sprinklers went off stopping fire but flooding store. Electrical may have been exposed to water. Complete NOV requesting for a Licensed Electrician to evaluate the electrical system to ck the electrical for exposure to moisture. Issue NOV and Indemnification form. |
