Makeshift chicken coop located in the front of house in the north east corner of yard next to fence along sidewalk area. Miscellaneous containers throughout the front yard, side yard. Refuse scatted in front yard and also underneath the front porch. Outdoor storage visible from beyond the property lot line. Knock at front door and discussed the complaint. |
