Tenant states this was fixed the next day. I observed the kitchen. I observed no live or dead roaches. Tenant states unit has been treated by management. The sink was full of dishes and the area under the stove had excess dirt on the floor. There were roach traps that had dead roaches. There were no roaches on the floor as I had previously observed and the infestation appears to have been eliminated. Violations have been abated, will close case. -VM |
